Mini's and Me (walking - 30 months)

Little movers at this age are becoming steadier on their feet and exploring their world with enthusiasm. In this class, kids will move through the gymnastics equipment with the help of their caregivers. Qualified instructors will model and assist children in the correct posture, while showing parents how to continue to practice new skills.  Equipment will include mat play, trampolines, and balance beams. Interactive games will also be included to add variety and help teach skills.

Mini's (2.5 years - 3 years old)

This class is designed for children who are ready to begin taking classes on their own. Caregivers are welcome to observe this class from the sidelines, drop their children off and pick them up at the end of class or be a full participant.  All we ask is that if you participate please treat all the children as if they are your own while you are here. Children will move through the interactive gymnastics circuit with the help of qualified instructors. Each class will include warm up activities, interactive gymnastics circuits and instruction in specific gymnastics skills on the floor, beams, bars and trampoline. Children who take part in this class will be given structured activities and plenty of room to explore freely as well.  Safety, Kindness and Fun are all a major emphasis of this class.  Children in this class will begin to learn to follow instructions independently.

Major-Mini's (3 - 4 years old)

For children who are comfortable and confident taking class on their own. Major Minis will offer children the opportunity to learn a variety of gymnastics skills and poses, while playing interactive games and moving through a challenging gymnastics circuit. Circuits will include mat play, trampolines, balance beams, and parallel bars. Parents are welcome to observe from the sidelines or drop children off and pick them up at the end of the class. As children move through this program they will be taught a variety of specific balance, movement, jumping and bar skills.  This class feature more structure but still allows for Free Play as well.

Mini-Masters (4 - 6 years old)

This class is for children who are ready to progress through more challenging gymnastics skills. A variety of exciting group and individual games and listening activities will help children develop balance, posture, endurance and co-ordination. Instructors will guide children through challenging gymnastics circuits while modeling and assisting children so they feel confident and have fun. Circuits will include the use of parallel and uneven bars, raised balance beams, floor skills, trampoline, and mats.  The majority of this class will be structured allowing for 1 or 2 Free Play situations per class at a maximum.

Mixed Mini's (3 - 7 years old)​

The mixed minis class is designed for multi-aged groups of children, in order to give siblings the opportunity to participate in class together. In our mixed minis class children will play a variety of co-operative fitness games and work through gymnastics circuits appropriate to their abilities. Coaches will guide and support children as required depending on their age and skill level. Children will develop balance, endurance, confidence and co-ordination in Mini-Nastics' fun and supportive environment.

Masters Class 
(6 - 7)

In this class the focus will be on learning new skills.  Classes will be more focussed on learning new skills as opposed to being play based.  The class will also be smaller in number to allow for more practice on each activity.  Children will have to know coming to class that this is the focus of this group.  Our teaching staff must be familiar with your child before entering this class.  After enrolling in Masters class, children who complete the program will have the knowledge to comlete higher level tricks such as Kart Wheels, Front Flips and more!
